The Austell Community Taskforce (ACT) appreciates your willingness to support the 15th Annual ACT Back To School Jam.  The purpose of this event is to inform citizens of the resources and programs available and to assist in a successful transition back to school.  This time of year can be stressful for our families making preparation to get the correct school supplies, clothing, and daycare arrangements for their little one’s journey back to school.

ACT helps in this ritual by inviting local schools, businesses, and non-profits to share in a day of informative resources; gathering to make it a little easier to get back in the swing of things.  Also, each year our organization pledge hundreds of book bags filled with school supplies on a first come, first serve basis.

This year, with your help, we plan to double our efforts to provide hundreds more  book bags filled with supplies and increase our attendance to over 2500 participants.  This is no small feat, but the cause is a good one, promoting education is something we all can rally around.

Please be so kind to donate your time, reasources and spirit to a worth while cause in the South Cobb community, and together make this year the best ACT Back to School Jam our community has ever experienced.

Our team of volunteers appreciates any consideration to the cause and welcomes a call for more information.
